@jolly dune Hello! What you want is to use https://docs.stripe.com/api/checkout/sessions/create#create_checkout_session-subscription_data-billing_cycle_anchor. You would calculate the unix timestamp for that second of the month and pass that on Checkout Session creation

Now the next question, I have a lot of subscriptions that are old and it restarts charging any day of the month, I am making a script to update all the subscriptions to be charged on the 1st of each month, how could I do it?

Honestly there isn't really a good way to do this at all today. You can't change the billing cycle anchor of an existing Subscription. My advice would be to leave those be, much easier.
Alternatively you can use SubscriptionSchedule. We document this here: https://docs.stripe.com/billing/subscriptions/subscription-schedules/use-cases#resetting-anchor
Note that this will cause proration and can be confusing to end customers. Make sure to thoroughly test this in Test mode to understand what this does
