I'm doing this for Integration Tests in my code, so I'm not sure where to get this data especially the request ID
The stripe environment used is also a test environment

So for my tests I'm using a docker image of Stripe to mock the stripe environment, but it's just a mock

I can't guarantee that the mock server will work exactly like real Stripe API. I suggest to either use Test mode directly, or mocking the responses yourself.
