Here it's the Striep Dashboard. The charge failed, but the amount captured was set. It only happens with Paper payments

Okay I got some more details. You can see a non-zero amount_captured even for failed payments because sometimes we can reserve the amount with the bank before they decline the payment.
This updates our Charge object.
Seeing an amount_captured does not mean we took the money out of the customer's account or that you received it
