๐ Welcome to your new thread!
โฒ๏ธ We'll be here soon! We typically respond in a few minutes, but in some cases we might need a bit more time (e.g., server's busy, you've got a complex question, etc.).
โฑ๏ธ We close idle threads, which makes them read-only. Once a thread is closed it won't be reopened, but you can start a new thread if you have another question.
๐ This thread will always be available, even after it's closed. You can find it again using Discord's search, or you can save this link: https://discord.com/channels/841573134531821608/1253734545157521549
๐ Have more to share? Add details, code, screenshots, videos, etc. below.
Also, this is for obvious reasons not a time-critical issue, mostly just expressing gratitiude for how awesome and easy my stripe integration experience was.
Hi ๐ thank you for taking the time to surface this amazing feedback, we always appreciate hearing we're doing things that you find helpful! โค๏ธ
Unfortunately I don't have a ton of insight on the docs side, but a big part of it is a continual feedback loop that we have going. Our team definitely takes common trends that we hear about, either from here or the cases we work, and push to improve either the docs around that flow or the error messages surfaced while going through it.
Have you looked at some of the documentation of your competitors? Because I've worked with many others (PayTrace, Payrix, Authnet, CardPointe, Converge, TranSafe) and they are all complete garbage by comparison
So thank you and your coworkers for the amazing work!
Haha, none of those specifically, but I do look at API refs or other docs sometimes and sit there wondering how anyone is supposed to understand what they're trying to say.
Hahaha I struggle with that weekly unfortunately
I will make sure to pass your kind words on to my teammates and others, it will be greatly appreciated and likely make several peoples' week!
