Hi 👋 no. The ability to force Google and Apple Pay to be shown, even if the browser being used isn't fully set up for them yet, is unique to the Express Checkout Element. I'll be sure to file feedback with our teams indicating this is something you'd like to see offered in other Elements in the future.
