yeah and you can configure stripe to send most of these: https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/billing/automatic
Otherwise, if you need more customizable functionality, you'd need to use webhooks to get notified of these events
Then send the customer emails yourself

For billing emails that you can configure for stripe

You'd need to use your own service to send emails if doing it that way
