What I understand is: the amount of 77700 yen is the amount of money the connected account can withdraw -> call api payouts

Currently, there is no distinction between pending amount: 210000 and available amount: 77700

if i understand correctly, you're asking why that doesn't show on the Stripe Dashboard?
