Here is the error.

Oh, I have figured it out, I was using a program called tmux to split my terminal but I am not sure why but it seems the url was split where it started to wrap.
So when I clicked on the link it was sending this to the browser https://dashboard.stripe.com/stripecli/confirm_auth?t=Du1vxISGwh, instead of the full link.
