look what i want to do is that those payments that arrive to stripe send them to another company that is name is reloadly but they are not arriving

That's impossible so you can't do that. Even in Test mode it's never instant unless you use a specific test card that bypasses the pending balance (which is just for Test mode). So really you can't do what you are trying to do. It takes a while for funds to be available
