@kind karma we store that information in https://docs.stripe.com/api/checkout/sessions/object#checkout_session_object-total_details-breakdown-discounts in the API
It's not part of the Event itself but you can use the Retrieve Checkout Session API and expand the right information in the API to see the Coupon applied. See https://stripe.com/docs/expand and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m8Vj_CEWyQc for more details on Expand
