Not sure what you mean by webhook getting trasnferred. The way to handle webhooks with connect accounts is to set up a Connect Webhook endpoint that applies to all connected accounts. Recommend reading this doc: https://docs.stripe.com/connect/webhooks. Nothing needs to be "transferred"
