hi! I don't know much about this sorry, don't have much advice I could offer.
I think I'd suggest just testing normal card payments; if you need help testing wallets like Google or Apple Pay specifically, it may be easier if you have a colleague in your company based outside of China who would help with that part. Sorry I don't have a better answer.

Maybe I can try to use an American colleague's credit card in China? We tried that, but it was ruled fraudulent. Is there any way we can bypass this risk control?
