Hello! Customers exist inside Accounts, and it sounds like you have a Customer that's inside a connected Account. You can't access that Customer on your own account.

It looks like this is an Express account; typically creating Customers on Express accounts is not recommended. Can you tell me more about why you have a Customer on an Express account?

We are planning to have one Platform account and multiple Connected Accounts. We want to view/keep customer data in Express account so that they remain distinguish from other Express Account and Connected Account can also get to access customer information if they are troubleshooting any issue with payment.
