@bold rock unfortunately that's not possible today. You will have to create a brand new Price and migrate your existing Subscriptions to that new Price instead

I see, that's unfortunate. Any chance there's an easy way to do that in bulk without looping through the API potentially causing a bunch of chaos?

unfortunately no there is no batched way for this. And migrating metered Prices is quite complex since we don't "transfer" their reported usage 😦
I'd recommend carefully testing this in Test mode end to end first
