Note that you have a billing portal link enabled, and this creates session automatically when customers visit it

where Portal Sessions are created without you making a request.

Not sure I'm grasping what you're trying to ask. There are other ways to integrate the Customer Portal, which are linked to from here:

one more thing can I disable the option to delete payment methods from billing portal?
Not delete explicitly, but you can remove the ability for Customers to update their Payment Methods form the settings page my teammate linked earlier.
