When i have a payment succeded I receive an id starting with ch_

Ok, you can listen to charge.succeeded event, and get the invoice ID from the charge object https://docs.stripe.com/api/charges/object#charge_object-invoice

But i cant get a pdf from there?

Once you have the invoice ID, you can retrieve the invoice object and download its PDF
