ah so assuming the account gets the full verifications etc

and would this transfer setting be turned on on MY own account, or do i have to turn it on for the individual test accounts that are transferring if that makes sense

i dont suppose you can help me with this but when I tried verifying it, it kept failing multiple times, i have tried contacting hte support chat but i have not yet recieved a response, is there anything u can do on your end with this or not really?

Sorry I cannot help with account configuration (unless it's creating Connect Accounts by an API call)
