Hi there ๐Ÿ‘‹ can you elaborate about where you're referring to setting up these email addresses? I'm not sure I'm grasping what you're referring to.

Yeah sure, it might not be just a docs problem though.

A customer has asked us to change their email for invoicing, i.e. when they created an account the customer was underx@gmail.com. Now they want to receive emails on y@gmail.com

#

And to solve the problem, I have setup a new billing email in the customer account using the stripe dashboard

#

Will it solve the problem? From next subscription renenwal should they be receiving the email on y@gmail.com?

Gotcha, I'd recommend double checking with our Support team about that:
https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true

My teammates and I here focus more on helping developrs with our APIs and libraries, and we're less familiar with the dashboard side of these flows and that prebuilt email behavior. My understanding is that if you change the Customer's email address, then invoice emails will be sent to the new email address though.

Yeah I get the part if I change the email it should work like that but I have not change the customer email. I've added another billing email
