Hi, are you running into a specific issue when testing Google Pay?
Hi
I click google pay in here
And input card
But I get error OR-CCSEH-21
I use this card
Y 4200000000000091 Successful frictionless authentication (ECI=05, ECI=02 for Mastercard, TransactionStatus=Y)
Could you please help me check this? Thank you
I've never seen this website before. Why are you taking test cards from there?
Stripe test cards can be found here: https://docs.stripe.com/testing
If you want to use your Stripe integration you should use Stripe test cards, not from somewhere else.
What do you mean?
for apple pay to test, we have to use our real card
Is this a question?
I am sorry, I am confused. What are you trying to test exactly? How are you integrating payments in your app? What have you tried and what is not working, exactly?
I want to integrate google pay into my system. And after integration I need to know which test cards can be used to test during testing.
Are you following any guide to build your integration?
Normally, in Test mode, when you click on Android button, you will be presented with test cards, so you won't need to type it in yourself.
I will see a button as this.
Is this a question?
Yes, after integrating Google Pay, I will see a button like that for Google Pay, is that correct?
It depends how you build your integration, but yes, that's one of the options.
๐ taking over for my colleague. Let me know if there's any follow-up Qs I can answer!
And when we click on google pay we will see that, right?
yes
Which test card can I use to test this screen?
Could you please give me that list?
but don't worry in test mode you won't be charged
Is there a document describing this? Regarding the fact that we will need to use a real card and we will not be charged real money for test mode.
I couldn't find any content about google pay needing a real card to test and not be charged money.
@teal jetty
An activated Google Pay card.
means a real card
and if you're in test mode you won't be charged
you don't have to worry about this
all test mode charges don't get sent to the network processors
about not being charged money when using test mode. I need this document to talk to my customers.
I used to see it when i applied apple pay before, but now i can't find it again.
this is apple pay
But with google pay I don't see any mention of this.
@teal jetty it works the same way for Google Pay
I will mention it to our Docs team to add the same note to Google Pay
in the meantime, let me know if you need any more help
Yes, I need it so that our customers can feel secure when using real cards for testing environments. Thank you.
