Thank you! I also tried adding this field to the stripe.paymentIntents.create payload but it did not recognize it:
allowsRemovalOfLastSavedPaymentMethod: false
(found this reference in a different package but figured I would try it...https://github.com/stripe/stripe-react-native/blob/dbe97c3/src/types/PaymentSheet.ts#L399)
