Different api versions were used
2023-10-16 was used for the one that failed
2022-11-15 was used for the one that succeeded
The restriction came in this version: https://docs.stripe.com/upgrades#2023-08-16
When confirming a PaymentIntent, you cannot use error_on_requires_action. Use payment_method_types with error_on_requires_action if you wish to fail payment attempts when PaymentIntents transition into requires_action.
can please tell me how to pass the same api version ?
It's controlled by the sdk version
The one that succeeded used
stripe-dotnet 41.20.0
One that failed used
stripe-dotnet 43.21.0
If you want to still use the newer sdk version, you'd need to manually set the older api version: https://docs.stripe.com/libraries/set-version
