the Invoice was declined by the bank. so next step is to ask the user to retry the payment with a different payment method, or to contact their bank to understand the issue.
The customer said he retried, and I can see that he added multiple cards.

I recommend seding the Invoice hosted URL to the user so they can retry the payment. you can find the link in the dashboard (see screenshots) or with the API https://docs.stripe.com/api/invoices/object#invoice_object-hosted_invoice_url
