I haven't used sanity before. What do you mean by for organization?

it like user will create a organization and organization will be the one who pay for the subscription the member of this organization will get the benefit from subscription that organization pay for.

the concept of an organization is up to you to implement. Stripe will only help to bill the PaymentMethod (i.e. via Subscriptions). I suggest starting from this page of our docs : https://docs.stripe.com/billing/subscriptions/integration

I'm trying to build web application for school management.

User -> create school (organization)
User -> invite other user to join a school
User -> if they want to get more benefit from our platform, the admin of the school need to pay for subscription.

*** remember that the admin of the school can be changed
