👋 Welcome to your new thread!

⏲️ We'll be here soon! We typically respond in a few minutes, but in some cases we might need a bit more time (e.g., server's busy, you've got a complex question, etc.).

⏱️ We close idle threads, which makes them read-only. Once a thread is closed it won't be reopened, but you can start a new thread if you have another question.

Do you have an example that the alipay failed, so that I can take a look?

Unfortunately, no, because the use-case is not one that can be simulated in the sandbox as far as I understand. The flow would be as follows:

  1. User initiates AliPay payment
  2. User gets redirected to AliPay to authorize payment
  3. User gets redirected back to app with payment_intent
  4. Payment method associated with Payment Intent is stored in database
    =========
    Later on:
  5. User revokes authorization through AliPay app
  6. ????

I'm asking if there's a webhook to notify of this event, such that I can know to delete the payment method stored in 4 in our database as a result of revoked authorization

There is no Webhook event when the customer revokes the billing agreement with alipay

#

Revoking the billing agreement will only be known when the payment is attempted
