It's possible for there to be a non-null invoice value for one-off Invoices, not just Subscriptions

You could also listen for invoice.paid but we'd also send this event for one-off invoices. However, with invoice.paid, you can inspect whether subscription is null or not

I guess I could query the payment_intent.invoice to check if that has a subscription, ya?
