I assume that's the setting used, when updating a subscription via dashboard instead of api?

I'd assume that the default value on applies to new objects, not when updating an existing object

#

i.e. if you switch a sub from charge_automatically -> send_invoice like you are, it doesn't inherit the default set

Ah okay, when updating a subscription in dashboard, due days indeed is 0.
