Within the stripe express dashboard, how can a customer issue a refund to their end customers?
No they can't. If you are using Express Accounts, then you are probably using Destination Charges (and/or Seprate Charge and transfers)
the platform account is responsable for issuing refunds
So is there a way to allow my customers (connected under my main Stripe connect account) to have a better dashboard with more options/information/refund capability?
