Well, maybe it doesn't make sense because subscriptions generate a payment intent for each invoice, but it would be cool to be able to set payment_intent_data field in checkout session API for a subscription
but maybe this is just a really specific edge case
Or if I can somehow capture the payment intent created and update some data on it before it goes through. Maybe that's possible, but I'm not sure how

But basically to be able to send payment receipt emails to someone besides the customer in all situations. Or somehow attach multiple emails to a customer, I dunno
