Hello, unfortunately you can't set it directly on the Customer via Checkout. You can set it on the subscription or the checkout session itself and then copy it to the customer, but we don't have a way of automatically copying to the customer

Would be great to have an option to pass metadata to the customer when creating the Checkout Session
