This error comes from your app, not Stripe. What do you do in your webhook handler exactly that produces such error?

Ahh, I'm really sorry, I think I just figured out. We are trying to list the checkout sessions based on the payment_intent inside the invoice object. I guess sometimes the payment_intent is missing from the invoice object, and we are trying to pass that as a parameter to the checkout sessions query, I guess that is throwing this error.
