๐ Welcome to your new thread!
โฒ๏ธ We'll be here soon! We typically respond in a few minutes, but in some cases we might need a bit more time (e.g., server's busy, you've got a complex question, etc.).
โฑ๏ธ We close idle threads, which makes them read-only. Once a thread is closed it won't be reopened, but you can start a new thread if you have another question.

hello! give me a while to take a look!
of course, thanks ๐
you need to get the connected account to enable ACH Direct Debit in the invoice payment methods on this page : https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/billing/invoice
Sign in to the Stripe Dashboard to manage business payments and operations in your account. Manage payments and refunds, respond to disputes and more.
And then it would show up in the Payment Element?
it should, i always recommend testing it out to be certain
Ok, I'm asking as this seems like a very different setting
As I'm not referring to invoice payment pages
subscriptions depend on the invoice payment method settings, not the settings in https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/payment_methods

interesting, that's good to know. would be better to have it separated out tbh!
I'll try this and see. can I reopen this thread later?
we don't reopen threads, but you can open a new thread and link to this thread
ok! thanks for your help
I've managed to change the setting and got it working!
would be good to move this info into the settings in https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/payment_methods

yeah, it's a common point of confusion ๐ We've passed on the feedback but it'll likely take a while to figure out the best design / UX for this
