Hello
Stripe Tax automatically calculates tax based on the tax code and what not.
There's no way to force it to collect tax on every product
Can you share more about the products you're having trouble with?
I can see the product tax code txcd_99999999
transactions for some products have Fee
I think this is tax amount, correct?
That's the stripe fee. I don't know if tax is included in the fee. You can click on the [i] and see the breakdown I think
Oh if so, where can I find tax amount from the transaction history?
Unfortunately, dashboard isn't something our team on discord is familiar with. We typically answer API/SDK related questions. We're not Tax experts either. Maybe this page is what you're looking for? https://dashboard.stripe.com/tax/thresholds
If not, I'd recommend talking to our support team via
https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true
They're experts on this and can help with exact answers
Can I have a live chat with the Stripe support team?
All the support options should be listed on the link I shared above including chatting with an agent, yes
Great! Thank you for your help @timber dragon .
