â˛ď¸ We'll be here soon! We typically respond in a few minutes, but in some cases we might need a bit more time (e.g., server's busy, you've got a complex question, etc.).
âąď¸ We close idle threads, which makes them read-only. Once a thread is closed it won't be reopened, but you can start a new thread if you have another question.

hi there!
Hello
you can check your dashboard and see a lot of failed events: https://dashboard.stripe.com/webhooks/we_1PO4d9BqKvMebV34h8SrcLuJ
next step is for you to check your server logs to understand why your code processing events is returning errors to Stripe, and fix the issue on your end.
What solution is that?
Just to keep looking?
That is the thing, I do not understand what is hapenning
the first step is to understand the issue. for this you need to check your server logs to figure out why your server return a 500 response. maybe your backend server is down, maybe there's an error in your code, maybe something else. since this is happening on your own servers, there's not much I can do for this step.
