@tough violet Hello! I'm happy to help but I'm going to need a lot more details from you to help you debug this. I won't be able to use testflight for you
I need real details. What are you even building? What exact doc page are you following? Is this a web app or an iOS app?
no need to @ me all the time I see your answers
Okay so first of all we don't support flutter at all on Stripe so I assume you use a 3rd party app? Or did you write the while code yourself?
And anyone can join this thread, it's all public
His @ is @vagrant thistle
stripe doesn’t have any mobile support for the crypto on ramp, so it’s not flutter specific but we embed the checkout in a web view
Happy to share that code in a few minutes if it helps
We aren’t using “third party” apps
Stripe crypto is only meant to be shown in an iframe so we have to simulate a web view
okay so it's not a real mobile app after all.
Sorry I'm super confused by the whole question right now. You mentioned Crypto but then mentioned integrating ApplePay after and I think you're way too deep into the weeds and I'd need you to take a couple steps back and explain your overall integration first
Can we speak to someone on the phone?
excuse me? It’s not a real mobile app? I’m confused if you are trying to help us or berate us. We use a WKWebView to display the crypto on-ramp which is the native iOS component to do so
@tough violet we don't offer phone support.
@vagrant thistle I'm not trying to berate you sorry. I'm trying to understand your exact integration path so that I can help you further. You aren't implementing ApplePay directly with our Mobile SDKs for iOS or ReactNative. You are instead building a web integration and showing it on a Webview.
The behaviour of ApplePay completely changes based on this information
Can you share your exact integration code? I'm still barely following what you are discussing right now and I need to figure out if you are showing the ApplePay button yourself or just rendering something from us, or something else
We can’t implement Apple Pay with a mobile sdk. Because stripe crypto on-ramp handles checkout and we don’t have access to directly accepting Apple Pay (it’s crypto.link.com that offers Apple Pay)
okay I didn't know that Crypto OnRamp offered ApplePay, looking
thanks!
Hello! I'm taking over and catching up...
You mentioned "infinite scrolling" earlier; can you provide a screenshot or video of what you're seeing?
Reminder that this is a public channel on a public server; not sure if you want that email address and address details out in the open like that.
Those screenshots are helpful though. So by "infinite scrolling" you mean it stays on the "Processing" spinner forever and nothing ever happens?
Yes
I just deleted them
