Let me see what the current state of this stuff is... I know there is work being done on improving the ability to retrieve this info but not sure what the status of that is
Yep so you should be able to List Registrations for your Standard Connected Accounts using https://docs.stripe.com/api/tax/registrations/all
You call that with the Stripe Account Header: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/authentication

the best solution for us is definitely to receive a webhook in case of change in the tax-registrations in any of our connected accounts. any option here?

Don't think so, believe you can only listen for tax.settings.updated which doesn't include registrations

Yep, there is no Event fired when you update Registrations

and the tax.settings.updated I believe is for my account or it can be connected but one webhook per one account, right?

Yes that will fire on your Connected Accounts as well. And you can set up a Connect Webhook endpoint (https://docs.stripe.com/connect/webhooks) which would receive that Event from all your Connected Accounts if you are listening for it
