Hi there 👋 jumping in as my teammate needs to step away soon. The behavior I believe you're describing, where a Checkout Session doesn't provide a customer with a way to leave the page showing the bank details for Bank Transfer payments, is currently expected. It's been flagged to our teams to look into adjusting. I'll flag that you're also interested in seeing this introduced.

It won't be a short term adjustment, I won't be able to report changes to you here. I'd recommend monitoring your integration for improvement, or you can try subscribing to our developer updates (I'm not exactly sure this would be flagged in there) via the email address submission form at the bottom of our docs pages.
