👋 Welcome to your new thread!

⏲️ We'll be here soon! We typically respond in a few minutes, but in some cases we might need a bit more time (e.g., server's busy, you've got a complex question, etc.).

⏱️ We close idle threads, which makes them read-only. Once a thread is closed it won't be reopened, but you can start a new thread if you have another question.

🔗 This thread will always be available, even after it's closed. You can find it again using Discord's search, or you can save this link: https://discord.com/channels/841573134531821608/1249681401729777765

Hi
First of all I want to mention that this channel is public and we don't provide pritate chat. You can reach out to Stripe Support via email if you want private channel.
Otherwise, Stripe has no contrôle over your webhook endpoints. I invite you to debug your webhook endpoint and double check why it doesn't responde with 2xx

You can reach out to Stripe Support at https://support.stripe.com/contact but for this issue you'll be redirect to mostly our team. In all cases you'll need to ask your website maintainer to debug their webhook endpoint and fix it to respond with 2xx http status
