👋 Welcome to your new thread!
⏲️ We'll be here soon! We typically respond in a few minutes, but in some cases we might need a bit more time (e.g., server's busy, you've got a complex question, etc.).
⏱️ We close idle threads, which makes them read-only. Once a thread is closed it won't be reopened, but you can start a new thread if you have another question.

Hi there, can you share with me the PaymentIntent ID?
Thanks for the ID. https://dashboard.stripe.com/events/evt_3POdZAARC1aLcElz1DqBCQCX as you can find in the charge.failed event, the charge was blocked because Stripe thinks it's too risky.
Sign in to the Stripe Dashboard to manage business payments and operations in your account. Manage payments and refunds, respond to disputes and more.
What is too risky? It´s a normal customer of us?
How can we handle such situations?
If you recognize a blocked payment as legitimate, you can lift the block by locating the payment in the Dashboard and clicking Add to allow list.
Okay, so after i allow this payment to list it will be charged automatically?
This action doesn’t retry the payment but prevents Stripe Radar from blocking future payment attempts using the same card or email address.
