Okay,

Now I am creating a bank account object

Original-Request -> req_NE2fQ4PdEEZ3D5

Customer is created with the same account and same header version

Original-Request -> req_em9vUK23H1sopp

And try to verify the bank account and facing this error

{
"error": {
"code": "resource_missing",
"doc_url": "https://stripe.com/docs/error-codes/resource-missing",
"message": "No such customer: 'cus_QFf0tgoRmTJhlr'",
"param": "customer",
"request_log_url": "https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/logs/req_0rDfGLZGAaufTK?t=1717793314",
"type": "invalid_request_error"
}

@median olive you really are just making the request on the wrong account. Can you share your exact code? (no API keys please)

Do you mean to say
req_NE2fQ4PdEEZ3D5
req_em9vUK23H1sopp

are from one account and
req_0rDfGLZGAaufTK is directed towards a different account?

You are a platform, let's say acct_A
You have a connected account, lets say acct_B.
The first 2 requests, you use the Secret API key from acct_A (normal) and used the Stripe-Account header set to acct_B to make the request on acct_B.

The 3rd request, you forgot to put the Stripe-Account header so it made the request on your platform account acct_A. It errors since that Customer only exists on acct_B
