I'm certain the reason why you're seeing this error, https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/logs/req_rknnV1uQnUkz3e is because that object belongs to
account ending in ...ntJ but you made the request on account ending in ...eCLj. You could want to use the Stripe Account Header, https://docs.stripe.com/connect/authentication#api-keys.
Can you try this?

You are a platform, let's say acct_A
You have a connected account, lets say acct_B.
The first 2 requests, you use the Secret API key from acct_A (normal) and used the Stripe-Account header set to acct_B to make the request on acct_B.
The 3rd request, you forgot to put the Stripe-Account header so it made the request on your platform account acct_A. It errors since that Customer only exists on acct_B
