Hi ๐
Do you have an example payment intent or other logs in your Stripe account that are related to these attempts?
Hi and thank you for the quick response.
As the customer is unable to connect to FNBO Direct, no transaction is recorded in our customer's connected account for this payment.
Have you created a Payment Intent at this time the user is on this UI?
Logically, not at this stage! I have to confirm with our developer, he will be back on Monday. However, we are at the initial stage of logging into the bank account. I'll make a more complete video for you in a moment.
Hi, I'm stepping in, let me catch up here
The user remains stuck on the selection of the banking institution and the loading is infinite. On a computer, Mac or PC, it works perfectly! On an iOS mobile no.
Do you know if this was working before for this customer on iOS?
We have a very low transaction volume with Stripe USA, the majority of our transactions are with Stripe Canada.
So to your question, we know that it works for other institutions such as Capital One in the USA and all of Canada transaction works well on all platform!
The issue seems on integration with FNBO Direct only at the moment.
I recommend that your developer writes in to us with the details at https://support.stripe.com/contact. They would want to share any request IDs, and here's how they can find a request ID: https://support.stripe.com/questions/finding-the-id-for-an-api-request. We would need to further investigate why it is working on a Mac/PC and not working on Mobile.
Thank you! Had a great weekend
