Hello! Can you clarify - do you want to use Payment Links or do you want to use Payment Intents? Typically if you're using Payment links you wouldn't create a Payment Intent at all. Or are you just looking for the best way to send a link to your customer to accept payment?

but without create product because my product price is not stable so when i want to make a payment i must create a new product every time

If you need a long-lived link then I'd recommend looking into Invoices (https://docs.stripe.com/invoicing/integration). you can skip the product/price creation step and instead specify an amount and currency instead (https://docs.stripe.com/api/invoiceitems/create)
