@strange grove not really possible today but we're working on a feature in beta that is called "Sandboxes" that allows you to have multiple separate Test mode environment

ah i see, ok, great. Do you know how long it takes for stripe to enable the functionality on your account after you submit the information?

oh yeah you can't wait on that. Might take months, there's no guarantee you can get into the beta

So really for now you should assume it's impossible. You either share the Test mode between DEV and UAT, or you open separate Stripe accounts for those really

I understand, and i get it. Do you happen to know if there is any problem with setting up two stripe business accounts that are for the same business? I mean, like if they both use the same organization information and bank account info, would that get flagged by stripe and rejected ?

i just want to make sure there won't be any complications or issues with having a second stripe business account

👋 hopping in here since koopajah has to had out soon - there shouldn't be any issue with creating two stripe accounts, and you also don't have to fully activate the account if you're just intending to use it for testing

Ok, that is good to hear. I figured as much, but just wanted to double check. And yes, the second account would only be used in "Test" mode, and "Live" mode would never be activated
