Yeah you would need to use collection_method: send_invoice here which it doesn't look like you did for this live mode Subscription creation

Otherwise the Subscription will expire in 23 hours

As it is assuming that the customer is in your flow and going to pay immediately

(Not that you are going to send the Invoice to them)
