I have enabled klarna under the platform payment methods, and also under the connected account payment methods
not sure where this should be defined, it is confusing
Are you sure Klarna is turned on for this connected account in Test mode?
if you see that one, it is a platform checkout form, and klarna is enabled
how as a platform, override whatever the individual connected account has setup
because I cannot be entering manually connected accounts dashboard and enabling these little things, it is time consuming and inefficient
i just want them enabled by default if as a platform we define it
I think it will be enabled by default, but perhaps you turned it on after the connected account was created.

First thing, why is Klarna not enabled on my connected account checkout session? Using the same exact code, but under platform, Klarna is enabled on platform, please check links above.
Secondly, how can I make sure that by default connected accounts have Klarna enabled? I can't be bothered having to go to each connected account dashboard to do this manually

if I make the checkout form for the platform account, it does show up
Open up a Checkout Session for your Connected Account (I assume https://alkimia.yoga/payment-form/testing/ is hooked up to a Connected Account?) and give me the Checkout Session ID that you see in the URL. It looks like cs_test_123
for connected account, it does not show ANY other payment method, but card and link (which nobody uses)
open up that URL> that is a platform checkout session
open up the other URL > that is for a connected checkout session
you can compare them both, the connected account doesn't have any other payment methods enabled
also I asked a question, about how as a platform can make sure that connected accounts have these options enabled by default when making checkout sessions on behalf of connected accounts.

Alright, go to https://dashboard-admin.stripe.com/test/settings/payment_methods/connected_accounts in your Dashboard and change those settings to "On by default" for the PaymentMethods you want to show. That should solve for most of the ones you don't see on the Connected Account, however I'm still looking for why you don't seem to have an option to turn on Klarna there at all

I have even enabled the checkbox to allow for the connected account to override these settings, but also ignoring that klarna is enabled directly on the connected account's dashboard
the override doesn't work for ANY payment methods

And as I repeated several times already I have enabled it on the connected account payment methods, and under the platform dashboard, it doesn't appear as an option under connected accounts' payment methods.
Okay so my colleague looked for Klarna and it seems that because your account is quite old and is on a legacy Klarna configuration. It looks like there is a process for our Support team to "update" the configuration on your account so that you can use Klarna on your Connected Accounts via Dynamic Payment Methods -- the current old config on your account doesn't support that. So to get that enabled you need to reach out to our Support team via https://support.stripe.com/contact/login and request this update

That your account is on a legacy Klarna capability and it needs to be updated.
Oftentimes when newer features are rolled out that could affect the processing of older accounts then they are excluded from those rollouts so as not to break their current integrations

Once your platform has this capability updated then you can flip on Klarna in the Dashboard at the page I showed you and it will show up on your Connected Accounts

They may not be able to action this themselves from chat or phone. I'd ask them to escalate you and tell them that we indicated here that you need your klarna capability to be updated
