We don't have any error messages now. The client informed us that customers are unable to add the Starling card; it does not work

Do you have an Payment Intent (pi_xxx) to share?

If your card is from one of these brands regardless which issuing bank is, the card can be saved unless card issuing bank declines the payments

not sure which brand they used... let me check with the client again

In the future, it'll be helpful to share the Payment Intent (pi_xxx) or Setup Intent (seti_xxx), so that we can take a look why a card can't be saved
