You have to round to the nearest single-decimal-currency value. So if you're using USD, you have to round to the next cent value, which would be 1909.30 in this case

Does it also apply to the Argentine currency?

If you describe the currency in terms of pesos, then that would be the same number in pesos wouldn't it?
