It's worth noting that my application uses a connected account system. In this case, the quote validation corresponds to that of a connected Stripe account. Do I need to upgrade for each of my connected Stripe accounts?

I’m having this issue but I’ve submitted as much verifications as possible and then they give me this. But then they say this when I’ve done completely nothing wrong
