hello! when you say "work" do you mean can Standard Accounts choose to payout manually? If so, yes that's possible, you can test it out yourself by creating a Standard account that is connected to your platform then logging in to the Standard account
Hmm I'll rephrase it a bit better.
Let's say I want to hold funds in the accountholder's balance, can Standard Account 'bypass' this hold by logging into the Standard Account and then paying it out? Hence bypassing the 'holding of funds' until my platform initiate the Payouts API.
I know that for Express, as they do not manage their own Stripe Account, they cannot initiate the payment of the 'held fund'.
If you need to maintain full control over your Standard Account payouts, you need to write in via the link in the note in https://docs.stripe.com/connect/platform-controls-for-stripe-dashboard-accounts#control-payout-timing - there may be a feature that is available for this
