I believe you're getting this error because you haven't been the crypto features are in beta - you need to make sure to submit the application properly (https://docs.stripe.com/crypto/overview#to-submit-your-application:) and any followup questions you have can be directed to support (https://support.stripe.com/contact)

Hi Karbi, I spoke to Rod from customer support who told me I don't need to verify my account in order to test. I do not have all of the details needed for the account verification, which I'm prompted to complete before I can submit the crypto application

You should push them for more details - it may be true that you don't need your account to be verified, but you definitely need your account to be correctly configured internally to have access to that beta
