👋 Welcome to your new thread!

⏲️ We'll be here soon! We typically respond in a few minutes, but in some cases we might need a bit more time (e.g., server's busy, you've got a complex question, etc.).

⏱️ We close idle threads, which makes them read-only. Once a thread is closed it won't be reopened, but you can start a new thread if you have another question.

Below are links to other discussions we've had with you in the past week in case you want to review that information. If your question is related to one of these previous discussions, please provide a comprehensive summary of the current state and what you need help with now. We help many users simultaneously, so a summary allows us to resolve your issue as soon as possible.

Hello

#

You are asking how to get the VBAN related to the Customer Balance, correct?

Hi, yes!

#

Gotcha, let me check

#

Hmmm I don't think we expose this via the API like we did for Credit Transfers

visual turret
#

Oh, I see. Do you think it will change? Or worth a feature request?

Happy to put in a feature request. I'm not positive if this was intentional with the bank transfer design so I can't really say if this will be exposed in the future.

#

Out of curiosity, why exactly do you want that info via the API?

We have a custom pdf invoice which we send out for historical reasons, and we had this on it. Migrating away from that invoice is unlikely at first glance.

Happy to put in a feature request.
So you say you handle it? (I never did before, so I don't know if you have a public page or how it goes)

Gotcha

#

Yes I'll put in a feature request internally
